We use the highest quality hardwood frames, each assembled using dowels, glue and corner blocks for maximum strength and stability. |
We use individual heavy-gauge springs secured to the frame by hand using clips and double lengths of covered wire. To ensure maximum support, we install more springs per piece than the standard number used throughout the furniture industry. |

The leather for each piece of furniture is marked by hand - not machine. This ensures that we can avoid many of the naturally occurring imperfections in the skins. Although some markings such as scars and stretch marks add to the natural beauty of the fine leathers we use, our attention to marking and cutting ensures that your furniture is as "perfect" as possible. |

At Giliberti, the finest European leathers are hand cut to exact patterns and craftsman-sewn. All seams are double-stitched using nylon thread, and reinforced with cotton binding. This is done not only to add to the beauty of each piece, but also to ensure its durability. |
Each piece is 'bench-made' and completed by one individual upholsterer from start to finish to ensure consistent quality every time. A smooth, luxurious appearance is achieved by carefully padding every piece all around. |

We use only the highest quality foam, wrapped in dacron, which provides the ultimate in comfortable seating and lasting support. Inner fillings of back and arm cushions are cased-in and channel stitched to avoid shifting or bunching. |
Zippered arm and back cushions allow for easy removal, and re-stuffing if desired. |
